What is a Tributestream?
A Tributestream® is a livestream of a loved ones memorial service. We make it easy to share the livestream with friends and family from across the globe.
Why isn’t the video playing?
Certain web browsers will not automatically play the livestream. These will require you to tap the video and click the Play button.
Why can’t I hear anything?
Some computers or phones will mute the audio automatically. Make sure your phone is unmuted and your speakers are on. Depending on some viewing platforms check the volume controls in the player.
It keeps lagging, what’s going on?
We bring a top of the line network hotspot and other network tools to each location, but despite this sometimes there is network interference. That said, we will upload a full version of the complete livestream, with all the glitches edited out, within 72 hours o the event.
Why are there two chats?
The memorial chat is located under the Tributestream® livestream. This chat can be posted to interact with the other members watching online, as well as post comments or moments to share with the family.
The second chat is located by clicking the Gold button on the side. This is out technical support chat to answer any questions you may have to help ensure quality.
The chat is giving me an error what does this mean
There are sometimes error messages that can come across the chat.
“Offline” – Sometimes if you join a room before the event has actually started you can see this. Simply refresh the page.
“Chat is Disabled” – Sometimes we need to disable the chat to moderate conversations, or by family request. If this message persists, please feel free to message support.
